Access developer controls, write code, or create macros
If you want to access developer controls, write code, or create macros (macro: An action or a set of actions that you can use to automate tasks. Macros are recorded in the Visual Basic for Applications programming language.) in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, do the following to show the Developer tab:
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click PowerPoint Options.
2. In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, click Popular.
3. Under Top options for working with PowerPoint, select the Show Developer tab in the Ribbon check box, and then click OK.
Note The Ribbon is a part of the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface
